Project Manager / Executive Assistant

A large and rapidly growing furniture company is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to company leadership while coordinating projects and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.

This role requires someone who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of communication for the executive, coordinate meetings, transform discussions into actionable tasks, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding follow-through, and can confidently handle a high volume of responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
• Coordinate meetings and convert discussions into clear action items
• Track project deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Manage communications between the executive and internal teams
• Prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and status updates
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor progress
• Organize documents, reports, and executive correspondence
• Assist with operational and administrative initiatives as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality while supporting executive leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace required
