Compensation: Base + Commission (Uncapped Earning Potential)

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales growth by building and expanding a client base through networking, proactive outreach, and community engagement.

• Clearly communicate product benefits and provide personalized education to clients across auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products.

• Conduct needs assessments and design tailored insurance solutions that address each client’s goals.

• Manage all stages of the sales process: identifying prospects, conducting consultations, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

• Develop lasting relationships through regular client communication, follow-ups, and policy reviews to maximize satisfaction and retention.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while prioritizing long-term customer loyalty.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of Farmers Insurance products.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales or client-facing experience is preferred

• Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
