Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards. The ideal candidate is organized, fast-paced, and passionate about food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

• Ensure food is cooked and plated properly and delivered on time

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and stocking

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers

• Monitor food inventory and notify management when items are running low

• Help with kitchen closing and cleaning duties

Requirements

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Team player with a positive attitude
