Psychologist

LifeStance Health seeks a Psychologist to provide high-quality mental health services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessments through a flexible mix of in-person and telehealth appointments. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans, focusing on measurable outcomes and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities Develop and monitor individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Deliver care in both telehealth and in-office settings while maintaining high clinical standards Document all services in the electronic health record in a timely, accurate manner Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers to coordinate care Participate in case consultations, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain strict adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements Engage patients in shared decision-making and patient-centered care Contribute to a collaborative, empowerment-focused clinical culture Clinical assessment and diagnosis Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Evidence-based psychotherapy modalities (e.g., DBT, ACT) Risk assessment and crisis intervention Treatment planning and documentation Use of electronic health records (EHR) Telehealth service delivery Patient engagement and motivational interviewing Multidisciplinary team collaboration Ethical and legal standards in clinical practice Qualifications Active state Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) Eligible or current board certification in Clinical Psychology preferred Credentialing with major insurance panels a plus Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
