What you'll do

• Actively identify and reach out to creators across X, Instagram, and TikTok — with a focus on vibe coding, digital media art, generative AI content, and no-code/AI tooling communities
• Build and maintain a structured creator pipeline and CRM, tracking outreach status and driving partnerships to closure
• Craft personalized outreach strategies tailored to each creator's content style, audience, and platform presence
• Discover emerging and under-the-radar creators in niche communities before they're on everyone's radar
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to translate creator needs and market signals into actionable insights
• Design and execute creator incentive programs — early access partnerships, ambassador programs, hackathon collabs
• Monitor creator trends and community shifts across platforms to inform eazo's positioning and roadmap

What we're looking for

• Deeply native to X, Instagram, or TikTok — you understand the culture, content formats, and creator ecosystem on each platform intuitively
• Genuine interest in vibe coding, generative AI art, no-code tools, or digital creativity — you follow this space because you love it
• Strong relationship builder: you earn trust authentically, not through mass cold outreach
• Prior experience in creator sourcing, KOL management, influencer marketing, or community growth is a strong plus
• Excellent written English; additional languages (especially Chinese, Spanish, or Japanese) are a real advantage
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you thrive in early-stage environments where the playbook is still being written
