Now Hiring: Full-Time Night Shift LPN (Mon–Th) | Beloved Health & Rehab – Hannibal, MO

Looking for a schedule that gives you long weekends every week ?

Beloved Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time LPN for Monday–Thursday night shift —perfect for nurses who want consistency, a strong team, and more time off.

We are also hiring for Weekend Warrior LPN's! Extra Pay and Weekend Rotation.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN on our night shift team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for:

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active Missouri LPN license (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors

Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.
