Hiring Certified Home Health Aides

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team at Right at Home Ocean County. As a leading provider of in-home care and assistance, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes.

About the Role

As a Certified Home Health Aide at Right at Home Ocean County, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients. Our ideal candidate is a certified and experienced CHHA who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. If you possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene and companionship services to clients

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Offer emotional support and dementia care as needed

• Safely transfer clients and prevent falls

• Accompany clients to errands and appointments

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Schedule

• We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

  • Start times at 8a, 9a, 10a, 11a, and more

  • Choose weekdays and/or weekends

  • Night/overnight shifts may be available (ask us during your interview!)

Requirements

• You're fluent in English

• You're a Certified Home Health Aide in New Jersey

• You have at least 1+ year(s) of caregiving experience

• You have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
