Paragon Pro Rentals currently operates locations in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and St. George, with new locations planned as the business grows.Role Description The Territory Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined territory by building relationships with new and existing customers in construction and industrial segments. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospects, conducting on-site visits, presenting equipment rental solutions, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into revenue. The Territory Account Manager will coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate contracts, and high service levels.
