What We’re Looking For :
This is an experienced gutter installer who wants to take the next step in their career. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with customers and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, and to grow with an established brand.

Requirements :
Experience: 3+. years of gutter installation experience
Attitude: Positive, calm, team-oriented, customer-service focused
Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Commitment: Looking for stability with a company that provides tons of growth opportunities

Compensation: $30.00-$40.00+ per hour, and commission based project work

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 3+ years of gutter installation experience

We’re launching The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Northern Illinois , and we’re looking for a Lead Installer who wants more than just another installation job. While our Northern Illinois operation is new, The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is an established national franchise with more than 140 locations across the country and years of proven systems, training, processes, and industry experience behind it. We specialize exclusively in gutters, including seamless gutter installation, repairs, gutter guards, cleanings, and specialty gutter solutions. As one of our first field employees, the Lead Installer will have the opportunity to take ownership, help establish how our crews operate, mentor future installers, and grow into greater leadership responsibility as we add customers, crews, and territories.
