DCR Aircraft Technician A

Dynamic Component Repair Technician Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Dynamic Component Repair Technician to join our DCR team in Grand Prairie, TX. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft dynamic systems. Responsibilities Disassemble aircraft components for repair or overhaul. Rework parts for overhaul processes. Inspect parts for airworthiness. Assemble parts for repair or overhaul. Maintain equipment and tools used in dynamic system maintenance. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of mechanical skill experience. FAA Airframe & Powerplant license preferred. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Citizenship: authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Requirements Vision ≥90% to read screens and engineering drawings. Daily hearing and speaking adequate for communication. Operating personal computer, telephone, and office equipment. Carry up to 30 lbs (14 kg) daily; lift up to 30 lbs (14 kg) daily. Push/pull small office furniture; stand, sit, squat, kneel as required. Daily PPE required. Travel independently; possible travel once or twice a year.
