Quality Manager

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to drive plant-wide quality systems, food safety programs, and operational excellence initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for fostering a culture centered on quality, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and defect prevention. The successful candidate will spend significant time on the production floor partnering with manufacturing teams, quality personnel, engineering, and leadership to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement sustainable improvements. The Quality Manager will oversee quality personnel supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation while ensuring compliance with SQF, HACCP, food safety requirements, regulatory standards, and customer expectations. This role is ideal for an engaged leader who enjoys coaching teams, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and driving measurable business results. Required Skills & Experience Quality Management / Supervisory experience in a manufacturing enviroment Strong knowledge of SQF, HACCP, food safety, and food defense program Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000 per year annual salary.
