About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Head of GTM Operations to lead the development and management of the go-to-market engine. This role is pivotal in setting the infrastructure and strategy for the organization's revenue operations, with a strong focus on client health scoring, ICP-fit scoring models, deal-level pipeline attribution, and demand generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the go-to-market stack, including various tools and systems, and will work closely with the executive team to ensure the engine is aligned with the company's mission and goals. This is an owner-operator position that requires a hands-on approach, the ability to build and maintain the necessary systems, and a commitment to raising the standard of the team. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in revenue, go-to-market, or sales operations, with a proven track record of progression and ownership. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on builder, with experience in AI and a strong quantitative background. Executive presence and the ability to lead a team with clear direction and tight feedback loops are essential. Experience in B2B fintech, financial services, or a services-and-software business is a plus. The role demands a decisive team leader who can partner with the executive team, set the standard for data hygiene and lead change management in the go-to-market organization.
