Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.What You'll Do:Assist Facility Manager in the operations of the facilityEnsure the efficiency of the facilityEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresManage customer and personnel issuesProvide sales direction and motivationSet annual sales goals with each crop consultant and recommends proprietary products and vendor selectionDefine level of service consistent with sales volume and profit marginsUse company resources to promote services beneficial to customerDevelop and promote new and unique products and servicesRegularly pursue the development of new businessPromote and enforce EH&S programsAssist with developing key relationships with suppliers and communityWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or sales function3+ years of people leadership experienceUniversity degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent requiredApplicant should have experience with crops, pesticides, and fertilizers in the current marketMust possess a valid licenseAbility to excel in a fast-paced work environmentDirect decision-making skillsWillingness to travel to include market areas in other states, as needed.
