The Opportunity

BSM Construction Inc. is seeking a results-driven, highly organized Commercial Service Manager to join our team in Azusa, CA. In this newly created position, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of facility service calls across our expanding Southwest regional footprint, with a primary focus on Southern California, Arizona, and Utah.

As the operational hub for our commercial client dispatches, you will be responsible for everything from initial response and technician/subcontractor staffing through successful job resolution and final billing. Key Responsibilities

• Full Dispatch & Workflow Lifecycle: Receive, log, staff, manage, and resolve all incoming service dispatches from receipt through client approval and final billing.
• Southwest Regional Leadership: Direct service operations and staffing for commercial clients across Southern California, Arizona, and Utah.
• Multi-Trade Oversight: Oversee and coordinate emergency repairs, routine maintenance, and service calls involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial refrigeration, and general building repairs.
• Client Advocacy & Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for client facility managers, ensuring BSM Construction Inc.’s core value of top-tier client satisfaction is maintained on every call.
• Software & Billing Tracking: Maintain complete operational transparency by updating client work order portals in real time, managing estimates, approving work orders, and driving timely invoice submissions.
• Vendor & Crew Management: Dispatch, staff, and monitor internal technicians and third-party subcontractors to ensure prompt response times and quality workmanship.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Required
• Commercial Facility Experience: Proven background managing commercial facilities, maintenance dispatches, or trade service calls, specifically supporting retail, grocery, or health clinic environments.
• Multi-Trade Technical Knowledge: Practical understanding of commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general facility maintenance protocols.
• End-to-End Account Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage service calls from initial dispatch through job resolution and accurate invoicing.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Strong communication skills with an unyielding commitment to client satisfaction and representing BSM Construction Inc. professionally at all times.
• Preferred
• Facilities Management Software: Direct hands-on experience using industry work order platforms such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, or equivalent CMMS software.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year, tailored directly to your commercial trade knowledge and facility software expertise.
