Harnham is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our New York team. The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on building and maintaining relationships within the data market. Your day-to-day will include: Business Development: Proactively building a client portfolio, identifying opportunities, and negotiating terms with leading institutions. Candidate Sourcing: Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to find top-tier candidates. Account Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding through contract renewal. Market Expertise: Staying up to date with industry trends to provide informed advice and insights to clients and candidates alike.
