Our team works hard to create safe, welcoming spaces that clients love to call home. About the Role As a Team Lead , you'll be responsible for overseeing field operations during client projects. You will guide a team of support associates in executing tasks related to move planning, downsizing, packing, and organizing. You'll also serve as the on-site point of contact, ensuring projects run smoothly and clients feel supported and respected throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate team members during onsite projects Act as a liaison between the client and Bluestar leadership during jobs Assist clients in sorting belongings and deciding what to keep, gift, donate, or discard Safely pack fragile and high-value items for transport or storage Ensure team adheres to safety and quality standards at all times Monitor progress and delegate tasks to ensure project completion within timelines Resolve minor conflicts or client concerns in a calm, professional manner Model compassionate, respectful, and client-centered service at all times Qualifications & Requirements Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Willing to travel within Venice, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte counties Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage timelines and delegate effectively Calm, patient demeanor with a focus on client needs Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Prior experience in senior services, moving, or customer care is a plus Competencies Leadership & Accountability Client Focus & Compassion Adaptability & Initiative Clear Communication Conflict Resolution Time Management Team Collaboration Integrity & Trust Additional Notes Flexible Scheduling: Projects may be assigned with short notice Variable Hours: Daily time commitment ranges from 2 to 8 hours, depending on client needs Part-Time Opportunity: Ideal for individuals seeking flexible work with a meaningful impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
