What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a large, fast-paced facility
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ER setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per protocols
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations to stabilize and assist patients
- Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare standards
What You Need
- Active Kansas or compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
- 3+ years of ER experience
Preferred:
- 5+ years of ER experience in a large facility
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle high-pressure situations
