J&A Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for an experienced Residential Electrician who is confident, sharp with customers, and takes pride in quality work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems, delivering solutions with the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
• Install and maintain electrical systems including wiring, lighting, and outlets, ensuring compliance with national and local codes.
• Collaborate with clients to explain diagnoses, offer solutions, and provide excellent service with every interaction.
• Use ServiceTitan software to track jobs, manage repairs, and ensure excellent customer communication.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years in residential electrical service or related fields.
• Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.
• Journeyman's license is a plus, but not required.
• Motivated & Customer-Focused: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, always putting the customer first.
• Team Player: You're excited to collaborate and contribute to a growing company.
• A valid driver's license is required.
