The opportunity as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) includes:

• Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on revenue growth and market expansion
• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through high activity and strong pipeline management
• Grow existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities across practices and med spas
• Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through close
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline activity, and opportunity management within Salesforce
• Partner with Regional Sales Leadership to execute territory growth strategies and drive performance
• Develop trusted relationships with physicians, providers, administrators, and key decision-makers
• Deliver consultative presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic business discussions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support long-term customer success
• Represent Lumenis at trainings, trade shows, and industry events
• Travel throughout the territory to support customers and drive business growth

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years of successful outside B2B sales or medical device sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota
• Strong prospecting, pipeline development, and closing skills
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building capabilities
• High level of accountability, competitiveness, and self-motivation
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
• Valid driver's license required

• $240,000.00+ total cash compensation at 100% plan attainment

Additional information:

This position requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and industry events.
