We're looking for an experienced Technician 2 to join our Austin team. If you know your way around material handling equipment, enjoy solving tough mechanical problems, and want to work with people who value doing things the right way, you'll feel at home here.

You'll be the person our customers and teammates count on to keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready to work. From diagnosing complex issues to completing repairs right the first time, your skill and attention to detail will make a real impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment across engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, lifting systems, drive components, and more.
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to identify failures, potential problems, and safety concerns, completing component rebuilds, basic welding, and repairs as needed.
• Put safety first on every job by following proper equipment procedures and all company, DOT, OSHA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Take ownership of the work by maintaining accurate service records, parts and supplies, company vehicles, training requirements, and strong communication with customers and the team.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of equipment repair or related industry experience, along with strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic skills, and knowledge of material handling equipment.
• A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; mechanical or trade school training and technician certifications are preferred.
• The ability to use precision instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and bore gauges; welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
• A customer-first, team-minded approach, plus the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, furnish your own tools, travel to customer sites, work in a shop environment, and participate in an on-call schedule as needed.
