Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 2 years of Physical Therapist experience

Assignment Details

• Patient population includes primarily adults, including sports injuries, school-age children, and Medicare patients, with uncommon pediatric cases
• Caseload preference is a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio
• EMR: Raintree
• Interviews will be conducted virtually
• Polo shirt provided. No scrubs
