AR/AP Specialist

We are looking for a detailed, dependable Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist on behalf of one of our premier clients. In this versatile role, you will manage end-to-end accounting transactions, execute precise three-way invoice matching, conduct daily cash applications, and perform routine bank reconciliations. Additionally, you will monitor account aging reports, assist with vendor payment processing, and support month-end closing activities to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency across the department.

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Process, code, and match high-volume AP/AR transactions, including customer invoicing and vendor three-way matching.

• Perform daily cash application, payment processing (ACH, check, credit card), and bank account reconciliations.

• Monitor AR aging reports and execute professional collections to maintain optimal cash flow and resolve billing disputes.

• Reconcile corporate credit cards, review employee expense reports, and prepare weekly vendor payment batches.

• Assist with month-end closing procedures, expense accruals, and audit documentation retrieval.
