1. Front Desk Agent

Position Summary:
The Front Desk Agent provides friendly and professional service to guests throughout their stay. This position manages guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, payments, and guest requests while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room changes.
• Verify guest identification, reservation details, and payment information.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest questions.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Assist with guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest needs.
• Promote Hilton Honors membership and explain guest benefits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain accurate records.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and Hampton by Hilton brand standards.

2. Laundry Attendant

Position Summary:
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and distributing hotel linens and towels to ensure housekeeping has clean, fresh supplies available for guest rooms and hotel operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize towels, sheets, pillowcases, and other linens.
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear.
• Report damaged equipment and linen shortages to management.
• Maintain an adequate supply of clean linens for housekeeping.
• Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow proper chemical handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Manage laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Assist housekeeping with linen distribution when necessary.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

3. Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel's building, guest rooms, equipment, and public areas. This position performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and comfortable for guests and team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and exterior spaces for maintenance issues.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, door, lock, and furniture repairs within the limits of training and authorization.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as qualified.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Report safety hazards, damages, and major repair needs to management.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance storage areas.
• Follow safety procedures, applicable building codes, and hotel policies.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Complete maintenance logs and work orders.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and general repairs.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

4. Housekeeper

Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned hotel areas. This position helps ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, and toilets.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors.
• Remove trash and replenish guest room supplies.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to management.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and supply areas.
• Respect guest privacy and protect guest belongings.
• Follow hotel sanitation, safety, and security procedures.
• Assist with cleaning hallways and public areas when assigned.
• Complete assigned rooms within established time and quality standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
