Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Florida License
BLS

Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Documentation System: Meditech
Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per 8 hours worked, with assignments of 10-13
Equipment Used: Walkers, Crutches, Braces, W/C’s
Typical Procedures: Evaluations, Treatment, Gait Training, Therapeutic Exercises, Therapeutic Activities
