What You'll Do

• Be accountable: Show up on time, support your crew, and uphold MOKA core values.

• Craft: Quality isn't optional - it's who we are. Learn to extract the perfect espresso shot and hand-craft MOKA's specialty beverages.
• Educate: Utilize your expertise to guide customers to their next obsession!

What To Expect

• A fast-paced, high-energy environment: It's a busy job; you'll be movin', groovin', and servin' all day long!
• Training and development - You'll go through 40 hours worth of hands-on training as well as written tests to ensure that we've given you all of the tools to be successful with us!
• Rain or shine - We serve our customers 365 days a year, and we show up for them no matter the forecast, so bring gear that can keep up with the sun, wind, rain, and snow.
