This position will be located in Roy, UT and it will support the Sentinel \u2013 Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nWhat You\u0027ll Get To Do:\n\nThe selected engineer will be responsible for multiple tasks supporting requirement derivation and verification planning for the Command Systems (CS) Integration and Test Team. The engineer will be responsible for performing tasks dealing with requirement decomposition, compliance tracking, and verification planning and verification execution. This will also include:\n\n * Synthesizing customer contractual needs and requirements into test solutions that acknowledges technical schedule and cost constraints.\n * Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for subsystem components.\n * Coordinate integrated testing activities.\n * Support development of the program Integrated Test Plan (ITP) for the CS segment.\n * Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.\n * Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare comprehensive system level evaluations.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nThis requisition may be filled at either the Systems Test Engineer level (T-02) or Principal Systems Test Engineer level (T-03).\n\n * System Test Engineer: 2 Years with Bachelors in STEM; 0 Years with Masters. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\n * Principal System Test Engineer: 5 Years with Bachelors in STEM; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\n * US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.\n * 2+ years of demonstrated experience in developing integrated test plans and procedures.\n * 2+ years of demonstrated RF/Comms experience.\n * Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes, DOORS database, requirements decomposition and allocation, design and analysis.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelors Degree or higher in a Science, technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field of study.\n * US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.\n * Experience with JIRA and Confluence.\n * Experience with developing an Integrated Test Plan (ITP).\n * Experience with developing and overseeing a supplier statement of work (SOW).\n * Understanding of Model Based System Engineering principles, working experience with CAMEO.\n * Demonstrated knowledge/experience with AF Test Directive 99-103, or equivalent.\n * Experience with ICBMs (MM, PK, Small Missile) or DOD programs.\n\n\n\nAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including: \n\n * Medical, Dental \u0026 Vision coverage \n * 401k \n * Educational Assistance \n * Life Insurance \n * Employee Assistance Programs \u0026 Work/Life Solutions \n * Paid Time Off \n * Health \u0026 Wellness Resources \n * Employee Discounts \n\n\n\nThis position\u2019s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.\n\n#Sentinelsystems\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
