Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, tire changes, and fluid checks.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and options.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training preferred.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- ASE certification is a plus, but not required.
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
