Job Description

We are looking for a caring and dependable individual to provide in-home and community-based support. This role focuses on assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and encouraging meaningful community involvement in a supportive and respectful environment.

Job Responsibilities

Provide in-home and community support

Assist with daily activities such as meals and household tasks

Offer guidance and encouragement to support daily routines

Help build and maintain independent living skills

Provide transportation to appointments and community outings

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
