Strategy & Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay: $29.62/hr (W2) Assignment budgeted through end of year with strong possibility of extension based on performance and continued need You will own workstreams from start through finish, including analyzing data, identifying insights, developing recommendations, and driving execution Use SQL and advanced Excel/Sheets to pull, join, analyze, and validate data, size opportunities, track spend and redemption, and validate customer eligibility Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, troubleshoot queries, summarize large datasets, and automate repetitive processes Analyze customer and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Translate data and analysis into clear strategic recommendations and actionable next steps Support the execution and QA of consumer-facing campaigns and platform experiences Use JIRA and other operational tools to manage workflows and project execution Qualifications: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience Strong SQL query writing skills Strong data analysis and advanced Excel/Sheets skills Experience using AI tools for data analysis and automation Experience working with customer, campaign, or marketing data Ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic recommendations Experience with JIRA Experience with campaign operations, CRM, or customer experience workflows is a plus Experience managing customer escalations and coordination cross-functional resolutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
