In a modern Cardiac Catheterization Lab, the Cardiac Cath Lab RN Manager will guide an advanced invasive cardiovascular suite performing diagnostics, interventional procedures, angiography, and emergent cases across inpatient and outpatient settings. The Manager will optimize throughput, safety, and patient experience through streamlined workflows, an efficient EHR, real-time dashboards, and evidence-based protocols tailored for high-acuity growth.

Reporting to cardiovascular service-line leadership, the Cardiac Cath Lab RN Manager will lead a friendly, diverse team of RNs, RCIS specialists, radiology technologists, and support staff; the Cardiac Cath Lab RN Manager will shape staffing and education, ensure regulatory readiness, manage budgets and supplies, strengthen data-driven quality initiatives, and partner closely with cardiologists, anesthesia, ICU, ED, and case management.
