Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,004-$2,049 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m Start date: 08/24/2026 Setting: rural health system in Wisconsin Responsibilities Perform diagnostic and functional respiratory tests as ordered and monitor patient progress Create and adjust individualized treatment plans for patients requiring respiratory therapy; document response to therapy Administer inhaled medications, manage airway support, and assist with NIV or ventilator care as appropriate Perform phlebotomies and IV starts/removals when needed; ensure proper infection control and equipment maintenance Educate patients and families on administering treatments and using respiratory equipment; document care in the electronic medical record Collaborate with the NICU team to optimize respiratory care for neonatal patients and coordinate with the broader care team to ensure safe, effective therapies Requirements Active Wisconsin license to practice respiratory therapy NICU experience required Ability to work 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. shifts with every-other weekend and holiday rotation Ability to work in a rural health system setting Travel assignment eligibility and ability to meet agency onboarding requirements Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support 24/7 on-call support during the assignment Credentialing and onboarding assistance Weekly pay processing Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
