Job OverviewThis position serves as a pivotal team member, directly contributing to the smooth operation of the organization's XENTRY equipment returns and logistics processes. This role involves managing the lifecycle of returned equipment, from the moment it arrives at the warehouse to its successful shipment to Germany, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance at every step. In addition to handling returns and shipments, this role involves responding to support ticket inquiries for XENTRY products and services.ResponsibilitiesAccurately receive and inspect returned equipment, verifying that all components are included as per inventory records.Document all returns, ensuring detailed records of equipment condition, components, and associated details.Repackage equipment securely and in line with shipping standards, ensuring compliance with export requirements.Coordinate and execute the timely shipping of returned equipment to Germany, liaising with logistics providers as needed.Maintain high standards of accuracy and care in handling, storing, and shipping equipment.Retain proper inventory and storage of internal equipment.Order new and replacement XENTRY hardware and software.Respond to incoming Dealer Support tickets related to XENTRY products and services, prioritizing these inquiries, and responding within targeted times.SkillsDetail Oriented: Focuses on accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency in all tasks,Organization: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain structured processes to achieve business goals effectively.Work Independently: Ability to work independently with limited support from management.Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to explain solutions effectively.Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic Office applications.Multitasking: Handling multiple systems or tasks simultaneously.Critical Thinking: Analyzing situations to find effective solutions quickly.Adaptability: Ability to adapt based on varying customer needs or changing company protocols.QualificationsHigh School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience.Capability to lift and move equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety standards.Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.Experience with customer support or handling inquiries in a professional environment.Preferred Automotive Retail, Automotive Technical or Network/IT experience.
