Experienced Nanny/Caregiver Needed for High-Profile Families
The Rivera Collective is a premier nanny and household staffing agency specializing in placing exceptional caregivers with high-profile, executive, and professional families throughout Southern California.
We are seeking experienced, reliable, and polished nannies/caregivers who are passionate about providing outstanding care while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for children of various ages
- Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that support development
- Maintain children's routines, schedules, and daily structure
- Assist with school pickups, drop-offs, and transportation as needed
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children
- Support homework and educational activities
- Perform child-related household duties including tidying play areas, children's laundry, and organization
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities and milestones
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional childcare experience (2+ years preferred)
- Experience working with private families, VIP households, or luxury service environments is a plus
- Strong references from previous employers
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in private homes
- Authorized to work in the United States
