Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for children of various ages
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that support development
• Maintain children's routines, schedules, and daily structure
• Assist with school pickups, drop-offs, and transportation as needed
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children
• Support homework and educational activities
• Perform child-related household duties including tidying play areas, children's laundry, and organization
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities and milestones
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional childcare experience (2+ years preferred)
• Experience working with private families, VIP households, or luxury service environments is a plus
• Strong references from previous employers
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in private homes
• Authorized to work in the United States
