X-Ray Technologist

The X-Ray Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on patient care and technical proficiency. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and effective communication with patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct X-ray examinations in accordance with established standards.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of images produced.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctioning or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations during all imaging procedures.
• Document all patient interactions and imaging procedures as required.

Work Schedule

This role requires block scheduling with shifts on Wednesdays to Fridays from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM. On-call duties involve availability for three shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Current certification as an X-Ray Technologist.
• Registered with the appropriate accrediting body.
• Proficient in the use of imaging equipment and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
