About The Role As a Line Cook at Chula Seafood, you’ll work alongside our culinary team to execute our chef-driven menu with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. From prep and station setup to working the line during a busy service, you’ll be part of a kitchen that values great food, clean execution, teamwork, and respect for the product. This is a hands-on position with more fresh seafood than you’ll know what to do with. What We’re Looking For AM & PM availability Full-time and part-time opportunities 1+ year of line cook or similar kitchen experience preferred Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen Strong knife skills are a plus Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work clean and efficiently during busy service Positive attitude and team-first mentality Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow Seafood experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you the fish!
