Registered Dietitian (RD)
Join a team that's passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors. Compass Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to support our skilled nursing facilities by providing nutrition assessments, developing care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and helping ensure compliance with Title 22 and CMS regulations.
This position will be based out of one location, but will require commuting between facilities located in Morro Bay, Templeton, San Luis Obispo, and Arroyo Grande.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete nutrition assessments and care plans
- Monitor residents' nutritional status and weight changes
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in care conferences, QAPI, and quality improvement activities
- Support food service operations and regulatory compliance
- Educate dietary staff through monthly in-services
