We are seeking a dependable and skilled Cook to join our hotel kitchen team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality meals while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow recipes, and ensure guests receive excellent dining experiences. Candidates should be team-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional food quality and service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items according to recipes and hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Assist with food preparation, inventory, and stocking supplies. Ensure food is presented attractively and served on time. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management. Monitor food quality and report inventory shortages. Qualifications Previous cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
