All About Therapy, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator Intern to support compassionate, client-centered care coordination in our onsite Farmington, AR location.

Position Summary

The Patient Care Coordinator Intern plays an important role in helping ensure patients receive timely, organized, and supportive care experiences. This position assists with day-to-day coordination across scheduling, intake support, and communication with patients and care teams.

In this role, you will learn how to maintain accurate patient information, support administrative workflows, and contribute to a smooth patient journey from first contact through ongoing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and confirming patient visit details.

• Support patient intake processes, including collecting and organizing required information for the care team.

• Serve as a point of contact for patient questions and route requests to the appropriate team members.

• Maintain organized records and help ensure patient information is accurate and up to date.

• Support coordination of referrals, follow-ups, and care-related communications as directed.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a related program or able to demonstrate relevant interest in healthcare administration or patient services.

• Strong communication skills with a professional, patient-focused approach.

• Basic computer and data entry skills with attention to accuracy.

• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality.

• Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn and support team workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a healthcare, administrative, or customer-facing environment.

• Familiarity with common patient scheduling and intake processes.

• Experience handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $12 - $20
