Brown University Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Ophthalmology Physician to join its well-established and collaborative Ophthalmology department in Providence, Rhode Island. Practice Info * Join a team of 12 ophthalmology providers * Practice at two fully equipped surgical centers located in Providence, RI and Attleboro, MA * Active involvement in a residency program with Brown-affiliated medical students * Opportunity to work with and mentor Physician Assistant students during clinical rotations * Strong emphasis on teaching, mentorship, and academic engagement Responsibilities * Deliver a comprehensive blend of primary eye care and specialty services * Provide outpatient care * Perform surgical care Compensation * Competitive base salary: $225,000 - $325,000, plus RVU-based productivity incentives * Potential sign-on bonus and retention bonus Benefits * Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage * Generous paid time off and professional development support Shift & Schedule * Three-year employment agreement Requirements * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology * Eligible for or active Rhode Island medical licensure (required) * Massachusetts medical licensure (preferred) * Fellowship training or specialization in Cornea (preferred)
