Banking Services Operations Associate IICTG is seeking to fill a Banking Services Operations Associate II opening for our client in Amherst, NY. Location: Amherst, NY Duration: 2 monthsOverview: The ideal candidate has previous banking, financial services, administrative, or office experience and is comfortable working with detailed documents and data in a deadline-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.Validate customer, account, and transaction data before entering it into designated mainframe or computer systems.Process information accurately and maintain complete records.Follow established procedures to properly document and secure collateral for the bank.Identify missing or inconsistent information and take appropriate steps to resolve discrepancies.Assist internal and external customers with basic questions and problem resolution.Maintain the confidentiality of customer and bank information.Follow departmental procedures, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.One to two years of relevant work experience.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to review and process documents efficiently.Basic computer and data-entry skills.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Ability to follow established procedures and handle confidential information appropriately.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree.Two to three years of office, administrative, banking, or financial services experience.Previous experience reviewing financial, loan, or collateral documentation.Familiarity with mainframe or banking systems.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.
