Commercial Serviceable Assets Administrator

Job description:The CSA Administrator supports material intake operations by ensuring inbound serviceable and unserviceable assets are received with complete and accurate documentation. This role resolves logistics exceptions, corrects shipment discrepancies, and coordinates with internal teams and external partners to support timely processing of incoming material.This position operates in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment requiring strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and consistent follow-through.Role ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding stock and orders using Microsoft Excel/TeamsRetrieve and process alerts from MRO Collab to support purchase order workflowsResolve inbound material turnbacks from logistics providers (e.g. UPS) due to missing, incomplete, or incorret documentationInvestigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate with Model Managers, disassembly/assembly and test sites, repair shops, and logistics partners to obtain required informationResolve inbound material turnbacks from logistics providers (e.g. UPS) due to missing, incomplete, or incorret documentationInvestigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate with Model Managers, disassembly/assembly and test sites, repair shops, and logistics partners to obtain required informationValidate shipment and asset data using request files and related systemsUse SAP and Webtop to retrieve removal tags, update transaction data, and maintain accurate recordsSupport reporting of inbound material exceptions, trends, and resolution statusRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environmentExperience with SAP ERP systemProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and standard office toolsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyU.S. Citizenship required due to government contractsWork EnvironmentHigh-volume operational support environmentTime-sensitive workflows with strict turnaround expectations (24–48 hours)Cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partnersImpact of RoleThis role ensures efficient CSA material intake by resolving documentation discrepancies and managing logistics exceptions.
