Pharmacy Manager

Role: The Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to deliver comprehensive patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote community health initiatives. Responsibilities Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and manage pharmacy programs in accordance with regulations. Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory, and safety measures. Provide exemplary customer service and guide staff on effective customer interactions. Participate in and promote community outreach activities. Analyze reports and data to improve pharmacy performance, patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in working effectively with patients and healthcare providers. Ability to analyze data for performance improvement and financial decision-making. Experience managing pharmacy operations and staff.
