Immediately hiring a Machine Attendant in Berlin, NJ

We're hiring a Machine Attendant for a premier Industrial Manufacturing Company in the Berlin NJ area.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity and we're hiring immediately! No prior experience is required-willing to train motivated candidates who are reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working in an industrial setting

• Immediate Direct Hire opportunity
• Operate and monitor manufacturing/packaging equipment
• Work in fiberglass insulation production (industrial environment)
• No experience required – training provided

• $20.50/hour (raises every 6 months)
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shifts
• Rotating schedule: 3 on / 4 off, 4 on / 3 off, 5 on / 7 off
• Work 14 days per month ; must rotate between day & night shifts

• Operate and monitor production/packaging machines
• Perform quality checks on products and equipment
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Maintain safe and efficient production flow
• Work with team to meet production targets

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working with machinery in industrial setting
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Willingness to learn and be trained

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Experience in general labor or packaging roles

The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $42640.00/yr.
