Our care focuses on:Providing care for the whole family, not just the childBuilding and deepening the parent-child connectionUsing clinically validated assessments and technology to supercharge progressWhat You’ll Do:Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and familiesLead clinical intakes, set treatment plans, and monitor client progressCreate engaging clinical content and assist with translating best practices into digital interventions1:1 meetings with supervisor and group supervisionMaintain up-to‑date documentation and pertinent data in EHRCollaborate with the clinical team and offer feedback to improve our programs and servicesShare your unique strengths through blogs and live events Requirements:2+ years of experience in child and family therapy; licensed in Texas (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW)Afternoon (after 3:30pm) or weekend availabilityStrong clinical skills and creativity in designing therapy for young clientsAt least 750 supervision hours remaining toward licensure Why Manatee?Flexible schedule with remote work optionsReceive expert supervision and a supportive team -You’ll learn a ton!Opportunities for career growth and post‑licensure roles Join the Manateam and help us build a better future!
