Behavioral Health Technician

What You’ll Do As a Behavioral Health Technician, you’ll work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans that help children build meaningful communication, social, play, and daily living skills. This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of: In-home ABA therapy School-based services Clinic sessions Community-based programming Telehealth sessions Work-from-home administrative tasks and virtual team meetings Every day is different, providing a dynamic and engaging work experience while giving you the flexibility to balance in-person and remote responsibilities. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy in a variety of settings Collect accurate behavior data and complete session documentation Collaborate with families, caregivers, and your clinical team Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing trainings Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, and client confidentiality Why Join Verbal Behavior Team? This position involves traveling throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, including (but not limited to): San Ramon Walnut Creek Mountain House Surrounding Bay Area communities Applicants should be comfortable traveling between client locations as needed throughout the workweek. Compensation $25–$35 per hour Compensation is based on experience, education, certifications, and relevant ABA experience. Qualifications High school diploma required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, Child Development, or a related field preferred Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs is a plus RBT Certification preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ethical, client-centered care We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who are excited to learn and grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr Verbal Behavior Team
