Shipping Team Leader Details:
- Temporary position
- $24.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )
- Lead and support daily shipping operations, ensuring team members complete assigned tasks
- Coordinate packing, labeling, staging, and loading of outgoing shipments
- Verify order accuracy and troubleshoot any discrepancies before shipment
Shipping Team Leader Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or shipping environment
- Strong organization, time management, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with shipping processes, order verification, and inventory accuracy
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift/pallet jack); certification a plus
- Resume required and ability to complete a second interview process
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
