Responsibilities Perform quantitative analysis in support of RNA therapeutics development. Identify metabolites of oligonucleotides using high‑resolution mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography‑mass spectrometry. Design and conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to assess siRNA‑based modalities for efficacy, exposure, potency, and durability. Enable platform development through in vitro stability assays. Conduct analytical assay development for siRNA‑based modalities in connection with pre‑portfolio, portfolio, and candidate selection. Develop analytical methods to support antibody‑conjugated siRNA programs. Develop alternative methods for tissue homogenization to improve throughput and sensitivity. #LI‑DNI Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience performing quantitative biochemical analyses in an industrial or research setting. 3 years experience leveraging high‑performance liquid chromatography‑mass spectrometry (HPLC‑MS) for bioanalysis. 3 years experience with high‑resolution mass spectrometry tools, including Orbitrap/TOF. 3 years experience handling biological tissues and fluids in a research laboratory setting. 3 years experience conducting oligonucleotide bioanalysis. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $128,773.00 – $187,000.00 per year. Full‑time equivalent employees are also eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
