Payrate: $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Summary:
This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in the Lincolnshire, IL office, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as mandatory in-office days. The role involves working closely with Global Product Marketing in the AVS (Asset Visibility Solutions) team to support the Global Demand Center and Regional Marketing teams in developing and executing go-to-market plans. The position supports strategy, messaging, and creative content creation across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for hardware and software products across Zebra’s Asset Visibility portfolios.
• Partner with Portfolio Marketers and Business Units to become the marketing subject matter expert for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
• Support the creation of product messaging, value propositions, and content strategies aligned with key use cases to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget allocation.
• Coordinate product launch planning and activation activities with Global Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Digital/Web Teams, Vertical Marketing Teams, and Public Relations, Social and Communications Teams.
• Support Portfolio marketing with the maintenance of product pages on Zebra.com.
• Manage and update product content within Zebra's internal sales enablement and channel partner portals.
• Drive the development of product and industry application imagery, partnering with regional and vertical marketing teams to leverage existing assets.
• Manage marketing assets within the company's digital asset management system.
• Support other Content Marketing Specialists and business units as needed.
• Monitor content performance and ROI metrics to guide future marketing decisions.
• Provide regular status updates to Global Lead, Product Content Strategy, and Senior Director of Global Product Marketing.
• Ensure alignment with global product content, product marketing, and brand teams regarding processes, standards, and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content development, or a related field.
• Experience working within a corporation or with corporate clients required.
• B2B marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success bringing products to market for a large B2B organization or agency.
• Expertise in developing differentiated go-to-market strategies and compelling product messaging.
• Ability to create content plans to align to the buyer's journey.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $35.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
