This is a hands‑on role suited for someone with a background in industrial or manufacturing engineering, experience in high volume manufacturing, and a drive for continuous improvement. You'll oversee department staffing (a team of approximately 30), production flow, equipment performance, and operational KPIs—all while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment. Manufacturing Operations Supervisor Responsibilities Lead daily operations for a high-volume manufacturing area Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 75 production employees Maintain a hands‑on presence on the production floor to support operations Build production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure staffing meets operational demands Monitor KPIs, identify performance trends, and implement corrective actions Lead root cause analysis for quality issues, downtime, and production inefficiencies Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize manufacturing processes Manage departmental labor, overtime, and operating costs while meeting production targets Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and employee engagement Manufacturing Operations Supervisor Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience required High-volume manufacturing experience required Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment required (medical device, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, industrial automation, etc.) Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr
