The Opportunity

This is a growth role with real responsibility from day one. The incoming Staff Accountant joins at a pivotal moment the firm is actively implementing an AI-based accounting platform integrating with QuickBooks and Sage. You'll work directly alongside firm leadership, contribute across tax and accounting functions, and have meaningful client interaction from the start.

What You'll Do

• Support preparation and processing of individual and business tax returns using Drake Tax software
• Perform accounting and bookkeeping functions for clients during off-season
• Provide clients with feedback and updates
• Participate in the rollout of a new AI-based accounting platform
• Collaborate across all firm functions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 0–4 years of experience
• Drake Tax, QuickBooks, or Sage experience a plus; willingness to learn matters most
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable interacting with clients professionally and confidently
• Team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment
• Reliable, coachable, and looking to grow long-term
